Pistachio tuile and goat cheese boursin, roasted tomatoes
and a Banyuls vinaigrette.

Papa al Pomodoro
A classic peasant soup, vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, bread,
and garlic simmered in chicken broth, finished with
olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Chicken Kebobs with Falafel
Yogurt marinated, grilled and served with crisp falafel,
marinated cucumbers and a Tahini sauce.

Greek Meatballs (Keftedes)
Slow cooked and served over garlic potato skordalia and a red wine sauce.

Over a butternut squash orzo with wilted

Traditional Spanish stew of red wine braised short ribs and winter
vegetables baked with puff pastry.

Beef, pork and veal slow simmered with Sofrito,
red wine and tomato over pacheri pasta

Grilled NY Strip
Over a potato-celeriac puree with Haricot Verts
and a red wine jus.
